What counts as one edit

One edit is one batch of changes sent together. Changing phone numbers on every page is one edit. Replacing three banners, updating a price list and adding a new team member, sent in one message, is one edit. Building a new section or feature is not an edit and is quoted separately.

What we check without being asked

• Backups. Files and database copied on a schedule and kept off the server.
• Uptime. If the site goes down, we look into it and contact your host.
• Forms. A test enquiry every month, because a broken form loses leads silently.
• Updates. PHP version, libraries and any plugins kept current.
• Security. On the large plan, login protection, file change monitoring and clean-up if something gets in.
• Renewal reminders. We remind you before your domain, hosting and SSL expire. You pay the provider directly.

Which plan you need

The small plan is for sites built on the Starter and Business packages. The large plan is for Growth and Pro sites, where a database, search and a custom application mean more can go wrong and content changes weekly.

Websites we did not build

We maintain sites built by others after a one-time health check. If the code is in poor shape we tell you what it would cost to fix before you commit to a plan.
